Working With Minors
Last updated: [02/07/26]
Most of our students are minors, and we take that seriously in how we work.
Communication
All communication with a student happens through company-approved platforms — never through a coach's or contractor's personal phone, email, or social media. Any concern about a student's safety, wellbeing, or an inappropriate interaction is reported internally and addressed immediately.
Confidentiality
A student's records, essays, and personal information receive the highest level of confidentiality protection in our company. Every person who works with a student, including any subcontractor, signs a confidentiality agreement before they have access to that student's information.
Parental Involvement
A parent or guardian signs our service agreement and is the primary point of contact for billing and scheduling. We are also glad to communicate directly with the student about their own essays and application work, with the parent's knowledge.
This Is Not a Mental Health Service
We provide college admissions counseling only. We are not a medical, mental health, or crisis service. If a student or family is experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Our personnel are not trained or obligated to provide mental health support or crisis intervention.
