  • No. The discovery call is not used for substantive work.

    Essay coaching and college list strategy begin only after an agreement is in place.

  • That’s completely fine. Let us know during the call.

    If the list is largely set, we’ll focus more on essays and application strategy. If needed, we can refine or rebalance the list.

  • No. We coach, guide, and refine but the work must remain the student’s.

    Admissions readers can tell when an essay isn’t authentic, and that can hurt an application.

  • We intentionally work with a limited number of families.

    This allows us to give each student focused attention, rather than operating as a high-volume service.

  • Every engagement is scoped based on what the student actually needs.

    During the initial conversation, we’ll explain clearly what we recommend, what it involves, and what it costs.

  • Earlier is generally better, especially for building a strong college list and developing essays.

    That said, we also work with students who are further along and need focused support.

  • Yes. For freshmen and sophomores, the focus is not on applications yet and it’s on building a strong academic and extracurricular foundation.

    We help students think through course selection, academic rigor, and how their interests might develop over time. The goal is not to over-plan, but to make thoughtful decisions early that support stronger options later in the process.
